Welcome to Fort Caspar Museum and Historic Site, located in Casper,
Wyoming. This site contains information about the history of the fort,
the on-site museum, the fort's educational resources and a schedule

Admission: 1/2 price during season fort is closed.
Fort Caspar Museum Association membership has unlimited free admission
Administration & Hours
Fort Caspar Museum & Historic Site is owned and operated by the
City of Casper. The reconstructed Fort buildings are open during the
summer, while the Museum is open year-round.
October - April
Museum Open:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Fort buildings are closed
May & September
Museum Open:
Monday - Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday Noon - 5:00 p.m.
