He comes from a proud military family and has spent most of his career as an educator in the Middle East and Asia. Welcome to Fort Caspar Museum and Historic Site, located in Casper, Wyoming. This site contains information about the history of the fort, the on-site museum, the fort's educational resources and a schedule of annual events. Admission

Adults - $4.00; Seniors & Youth (ages 13-18) $3.00; children 12 & under free.

Administration & Hours

Fort Caspar Museum & Historic Site is owned and operated by the City of Casper. The reconstructed Fort buildings are open during the summer, while the Museum is open year-round.

Oct – April is Tues – Sat 8:00 – 5:00

May & Sept is daily 8:00 – 5:00

June – August is daily 8:00 – 6:00
