Fort Boonesborough has been reconstructed as a working fort complete with cabins, blockhouses and furnishings. Tours Available April 1- Oct 31., 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.. Admission$6 adults, $4 children (6 to 12) Admission to Kentucky River Museum is included. Children under 6 free. Student group of ten or more $2.50. The Kentucky River Museum, a newer addition to Fort Boonesborough State Park, provides visitors with insight into the lives of families who lived on the river and worked the locks and dams in the 1900s.
