Coat Check Information
A complimentary coat check is available at the Admissions Desk. Coats,
sweaters, and jackets must be worn, not carried. Large purses, backpacks,
and camera bags are not permitted in the museum.
All museum areas are wheelchair and handicap accessible. Wheelchairs
and strollers are available at no charge on a first-come, first-serve

Dining on Persimmon Hill Restaurant
The restaurant serves entrees, soups, sandwiches, desserts, and beverages.
Restaurant hours are 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday,
and 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Special admission prices for groups of 10 or more: Tour reservations
should be made by e-mail or telephone the Admissions Coordinator two
weeks in advance. Tour guides are available by appointment. Please call

Conventions, evening party tours, and banquets may be held at the museum.

The Museum Store offers a great selection of gifts, books, music, jewelry,
toys and souvenirs. The Museum Store is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45
p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Sunday.
